KARIZIA S.p.A. has approved the new "Whistleblowing Regulation" in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, Law 190/2012, and Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 implementing European Directive No. 1937/2019. The document has been drafted in compliance with ANAC guidelines and outlines the protection systems for employees and suppliers who, upon becoming aware of unlawful conduct related to their employment relationship, intend to report such conduct to the Officer responsible for corruption prevention or the Company’s Supervisory Body. The system is designed to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower and to prevent any acts of intimidation or discrimination against them.
